Apple TV HD with original Siri Remote is now classified as Vintage

Source: MacRumors

If you still have the Apple TV HD with the original Siri Remote, that device may no longer be eligible for repairs. Apple has included this device in its vintage products list. The company typically classifies a product as vintage after five years since Apple last distributed the device for sale. These products are generally ineligible for repairs through official channels unless there are available parts.

The model affected is the Apple TV HD released in 2015 with a Siri Remote that doesn't have a white right around the Menu button. Apple added a white ring to the button in 2017 to make it more prominent. So, if you have that version, this change won't affect you. There are reports that Apple will release a new Apple TV this year. So, if you're planning to get one, it might be worth waiting for a bit.
