HyperX debuts new line of 3D-printed gaming accessories

Source: HyperX

HyperX has something a little different at CES 2023. It has a new line of 3D-printed accessories called HX3D. It uses HP's "best-in-class" 3D printing tech to create things like this new Cozy Cat keycaps, headset backplates and headband attachments, mouse add-ons, and other gaming accessories. HyperX plans to release limited-edition runs and collaborations.

HyperX noted that the 3D-printed products use an "environmentally friendly" process involving powered nylon. The company wants to use this new HX3D line to collaborate with "game developers, esports teams, content creators, influencers, and internal creative teams" to design "fan-friendly products that can be used while gaming or collected as keepsakes or cherished collectibles." The HyperX Cozy Cat Keycap will be available later this month for US$19.99 (around CA$25). It will fit all HyperX keyboards with swappable caps or any board using the standard +-shaped Cherry MX-style stem.
