Withings launches ScanWatch Nova Brilliant Edition

Withings has announced a new version of its ScanWatch Nova. It brings with it a new colour option and a smaller watch size. The Withings ScanWatch Nova Brilliant Edition comes in 39mm and 42mm sizes. And it comes in titanium silver and two-tone silver and gold variants.

This hybrid smartwatch looks like your typical timepiece with its mechanical hands. But there's a small circular OLED screen on the top half that can show your health information. The Withings ScanWatch Nova Brilliant Edition is water resistant up to 50 metres (5 ATM) and its five-link stainless steel bracelet improves its durability. Withings claims up to 30 days of battery life with this watch. However, that may vary depending on use.

As for the health features, the ScanWatch Nova Brilliant has a medical-grade electrocardiogram to check for irregular heartbeats. It can also detect temperature fluctuations and blood oxygen levels. This smartwatch can also track your sleep, steps, calories, elevation, workout routes, and your workout itself.

The Withings ScanWatch Nova Brilliant Edition costs the same as the standard model at US$600 (around CA$814). It will launch in November 2024.
