Motorola's Moto Hint smart headset coming to Canada on TELUS for $164.99

Motorola just announced that its smart headset, the Moto Hint, is finally coming to Canada  via TELUS this December for $164.99.

Moto Hint is a discreet wireless earbud. It has a sensor so it automatically turns on when it’s in your ear, and turns off when you take it out. As soon as you take it out, calls will route back to your smartphone, without you having to do anything.  It gives you complete control of your phone and allows you to access everything you need by just using your voice. Apple opens Apple Watch app development starting today

Apple just opened up the WatchKit development platform to allow developers to get on board with creating apps for Apple Watch starting today. Apple Watch is expected to come in Spring of 2015 but Apple wants a robust app ecosystem for the wearable from day one.

The iOS 8.2 SDK beta including WatchKit is available immediately for iOS Developer Program members at developer.apple.com/watchkit. The WatchKit site includes programming guides, human interface guidelines, templates and more. Starting later next year, developers will be able to create fully native apps for Apple Watch.

ASUS ZenWatch breaks cover, coming Best Buy and Google Play for $199

ASUS is entering the Android Wear space with its ZenWatch wearable and is making it available to US Best Buy retail stores on November 9 for and lateron the Google Play store for an SRT of $ 199.99.

ASUS' take on the smart watch has a stainless-steel case, features an attractive layered design composed of a striking rose-gold-colored band inset between two steel layers. The case is curved for increased comfort and a stylish look, and the watch face is covered with a layer of curved glass. It is designed to look like a traditional dress watch and will work with most Android smartphones running Android 4.3 and newer.
