Sony Ericsson's Android Tablet prototype pic leaked

We knew it would be a matter of time before we got word of a Sony Ericsson Android tablet. The upcoming Android based 4G tablet device has been photographed by NieuweMobiel  a Dutch technology blog at the TDIA stand in the Mobile World Congress, Barcelona. The report on ITproportal states,

"TDIA officials at the stand told NieuweMobiel that the device would run on Google's Android platform but were not clear about the software version. The tablet is also equipped with 4G technology which is yet to become available in the UK, so there may well be wifi and 3D versions released on the market in the future."

From the photo, it seems this tablet has a 7" inch screen and sports a front facing camera. The home, menu and back buttons are visible as well. It is likely that this will be a tablet with voice capability.

First Look: Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, 10" inch honeycomb tablet

Lo and behold! Here is the first shot of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" inch Android Honeycomb tablet and the next generation Samsung Galaxy S. Outed by Samsung Hub prior to the device's slated release at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona tomorrow. We have to say, the bigger Galaxy Tab running the Google Android Honeycomb OS looks quite handsome.

Featuring a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB or 32GB  of storage as well as Android 3.0 Android Honeycomb OS, this looks like a direct compatitor to Motorola's Xoom and LG's G-Slate tablets, not to mention the iPad.

Toshiba reveals 10-inch Honeycomb Tablet, set to launch in Spring

The Android tablet parade continues. Toshiba's just gone live with a comprehensive website focusing on their Toshiba Tablet. Aside from being a 10" inch Android tablet, it also features a removable battery, a choice of colours, i/o galore by way of HDMI-out, MiniUSB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a smart screen that automaticall adjusts brightness and contrast. No word on pricing but we hope its priced more reasonably than that $800 Motorola Xoom.
