Quantum dot display tech coming to the Apple Pro Display XDR?

Apple's latest M4 MacBook Pros have adopted quantum dot (QD) technology, a significant upgrade over traditional KSF displays. This shift promises improved colour accuracy and motion performance. While QD technology has existed for a while, concerns over toxic materials have previously hindered its adoption in Apple products. However, the availability of cadmium-free QD films has made it a viable option.
