TORONTO: The wait is over. BlackBerry 10 is here and we now have four competing platforms in the mobile marketplace. With BlackBerry 10, the newly renamed BlackBerry (or, the company formerly known as RIM) is aiming for third place behind the more popular Android and iOS devices and ecosystems. Here's what they showed off at their product launch.

We're live at the BlackBerry 10 launch in Toronto, here are some photos of the event so far as it unfolds. RIM is no more and is now known as BlackBerry. CEO Thorsten Heins released the Q10 and the Z10 handsets as well as the new mobile OS.
There's been another leak corresponding to the identity of the upcoming BlackBerry 10 all-touch smartphone expected to launch on January 30, 2013. An image from UnwiredView shows black and white variants of the device that's been leaked in various photo and video forms with the "New BlackBerry Z10" branding.
Aside from what the device looks like and some of the features of BlackBerry 10, little is known about the specifics of the new BlackBerry 10 hardware so there's still a lot of room for suprises come January 30th.
