Electronic Arts to discontinue 'Tetris' and 'Tetris Blitz' on April 21st

Electronic Arts will be discontinuing its Tetris and Tetris Blitz games on Android and iOS on April 21. The games have already been taken out of both app stores. Current players can enjoy playing the games until the announced date. EA didn't exactly say why they are removing the games. The closest game you can play is N3twork's upcoming game Tetris Royale, which has a 100-player multiplayer battle royale mode. But there is no release date for the said game yet. Its beta version isn't available in Canada.
