‘Fortnite’ is coming to Android ‘this summer’

Fortnite can be considered one of the most games out right now. It made its way to mobile earlier this year with a launch on iOS. Android users have been left in the dark over when the game was making its way. Well, Epic Games is appeasing Android users somewhat. A new post rounding up the latest update for iOS. The game developer quickly mentioned that the game is coming to Android “this summer.” Unfortunately beyond a general window, the developers didn’t elaborate. We’d just have to wait and see in the coming months or, hopefully, weeks.

‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Thanos invades ‘Fortnite’

You can’t escape the Mad Titan. Starting today, he’ll be dropping into one of the most popular games out there. Epic Games and Marvel have partnered for a crossover event Fortnite and Avengers: Infinity War fans are going to love. Thanos will drop into Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode for a limited, unspecified time starting today, May 8. This “Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup” mode will look and feel like a standard slugfest in the game where 100 players will descend on the map and fight to be the last one standing. This time, though, the Infinity Gaunlet will be in play with all six Infinity Stones attached. If you find it and equip yourself with it, you turn into Thanos himself and can use all the power that comes with the Infinity Gauntlet. This mode is free across all Battle Royale-friendly platforms, which include the Sony PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox, PC, iOS, and Mac.

‘Fortnite’ is now out of beta in iOS

If you aren’t part of the invite-only beta program for Epic Games’ Fortnite, you don’t have to worry about that anymore. The popular battle royale game is now out of beta and available to iOS users with an iPhone SE/6S and iPad mini 4/Air 2 or later running on iOS 11. It’s one of the biggest titles in gaming right now and if you’ve been meaning to check it out, you can do so freely.

Some of the new updates that recently came to the game include a snipers-only game mode, homing missile weapon, and some in-game clues that point you towards the destruction of the game’s Tilted Tower section, which has been a big point of discussion for the players of the game.
