‘Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series’ to come back for a second season

Just like the popular HBO show and the books that started it all, the episodic Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series will be coming back for a second season. The first season finished its sixth and final episode, “The Ice Dragon,” on November 17th. And Telltale CEO and co-founder Kevin Bruner confirmed the story will continue in the second season. It’s said to be inevitable as the series was introduced as a multi-year partnership. There is no word yet on when the second season will come out and Bruner won’t say much about what we can expect.

"The questions left on the table at the conclusion of season one—who survived and who didn't—as well as all the other choices you made play a huge role in the second season," he said. "We've been planning the second season all along, but I really shouldn't be revealing more than that."

Episodes of the latest 'Game of Thrones' season get leaked online

HBO/Televison 360/Grok Studio

With Game of Thrones being one of the hottest shows out there, it's no surprise that leaks of the first four episodes are online ahead of the simultaneous airing of the show. According to TorrentFreak, "The leaked episodes, which appear to come from review copies sent to the press, have been downloaded more than 100,000 times in just three hours."

Because the show has this much of a following, HBO decided to air the first episode at 0100 GMT on Monday in 170 countries at the same time, regardless of the time zone. We're pretty sure more people will be looking for these next episodes after watching the first one for season five.

George R.R. Martin releases teaser of new 'Game of Thrones' book with new chapter

Hoping to quench fans's thirst (or agitate them further), author George R.R. Martin released a new chapter of the next book in the A Song of Ice and Fire saga. As you know, these books are the basis for the hit HBO show, Game of Thrones. The released chapter focuses on Sansa Stark, a now well-loved character.

Unfortunately, we aren't getting the rest of the book any time soon. Martin previously said the book won't be coming out this year so 2016 might be the earliest will get The Winds of Winter book. He is known to take his time with releasing GoT books. The gap between A Feast for Crows and the latest A Dance With Dragons was six years.
