New teaser shows the Huawei Mate 20 Pro’s rectangular camera setup

Earlier this month at IFA, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro was reportedly seen on the floor sporting a rectangular camera setup. And now it seems Huawei itself is confirming this configuration. A new teaser for the upcoming launch suggests this is the case.

The leaked images suggest Huawei is retaining its triple-camera setup with an LED flash fitted into that square camera module. In front, the Mate 20 Pro is rumoured to sporting a wide notch to house Huawei’s face scanning technology, while the Mate 20 will have a smaller notch for its single front-facing camera. We’ll confirm all these and more when Huawei launches the phones on October 16^th in London.
