While the new Huawei Mate 30 series doesn't come with Google services due to the company's ban from the US, its older models are still getting updated. Last year's end of the year flagship, Mate 20 Pro, is starting to get EMUI 10, which is based on Android 10. The said handset was expected to get the beta version of EMUI 10 in late September, so it makes sense that a stable version of the operating system is coming out now. However, the rollout seems to be in stages, so it hasn't shown up for users here yet. You should keep your eye out for the update to make its way to you soon, though. It's sized at 4.4GB with the build number "10.0.0.136."
