Apple honours memory of Robin Williams with a page on its website and iTunes section

The world is still reeling from the sad and unexpected loss of Robin Williams, who touched millions of lives with the gift of his comic genius and deep kindness.

Apple has put up a page on its website to honour the memory of the all-time great noting his passion and also his generosity. Apple has also put up a Remembering Robin Williams iTunes section where many of the actor/comedian's memorable films and TV shows can be accessed by fans. Aside from being one of the most brilliant comics and actors of his generation, Williams loved technology and was an avid gamer (he named two of his kids after video game characters), he also attended various MacWorld events and his voiceover from "Dead Poets Society," was recently used for Apple's "What will your verse be?" series of iPad ads.
