CES 2020: Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold gets price, release date revealed

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold originally made its debut in May 2019. But now, the company is ready to give more details about the foldable Windows machine at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. We now know that the ThinkPad X1 Fold has a targeted release period of mid-2020, and it will go for US$2,499 (around CA$3,256). Unfortunately, we can't pin them down for an exact date yet.

What will that premium price get you? With the announcement of Microsoft Windows 10X, it was assumed that this operating system will be powering this machine. But since Windows 10X isn't available yet, Lenovo is hedging its bets and will be shipping with Windows 10 Pro for now.
