New report corroborates rumours that the next Samsung flagship will launch earlier

A new report from South Korea corroborates claims that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S21/Galaxy S30 earlier than usual. According to Maeil Business, the next Samsung flagship will debut a full month earlier than usual and will be available by the end of January. (The S20 was launched on February 11 with a March release date.)

Samsung's next flagship tipped to get bigger camera bumps

If the camera module on the Galaxy S20 seemed too big for you, then you might have to prepare for a more massive camera bump on the Galaxy S21 (or Galaxy S30?). Leak-based renders from OnLeaks and Pigtou show what the next Samsung flagship will look like. The company seems to be toying with having the camera module spill over the edge in the standard version, with the flash separated to make the design look cleaner. The Ultra variant might have an even more enormous camera array that also spills off the edge.

We don't have a clue yet what the camera specs will be. But the Ultra is expected to retain its long-zoom rear sensor.
