Ready to take on all naysayers, HP's webOS TouchPad tablet and micro smartphone Veer have Manny Pacquiao, the pound for pound best boxer in the world at their corner. The message is clear, don't underestimate the new webOS  devices because they may just surprise you. We saw the HP TouchPad earlier today at a Future Shop employee training event and were pretty impressed with its performance and speed.
