LG V20 comes to Canada

If you’ve kept your eye out for the LG V20, the phone has finally made its way here. The catch is a substantial increase in price. If you buy it outright at Videotron, it costs $1,029.95. Wind Mobile offers it at $999 outright. If you’re willing to enter a contract with either Videotron or Wind, Videotron has it starting at $249.95 with a monthly plan of $79.95 for 24 months. Wind is offering it starting at $349 for a $25 per month plan. Those who purchase the V20 are entitled to a free pair of the B&O Play H3 headphones to take full advantage of the Quad DAC capabilities of the phone.

HTC Desire 530 comes to Canada

HTC packs in BoomSound profile for better audio, a 5-inch HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor, and Android 6.0. It’ll be available through Videotron and WIND Mobile in Stratus White in the coming weeks. And it’s now available through HTC.com in Sprinkle White for $199.

WIND Mobile’s new unlimited plan hopes to put an end to bill shock

It offers unlimited data, unlimited calls as well as to Canada and the US, and unlimited global text. International calling rates start at 1¢/min. Roaming rates have also been reduced in over 50 countries. WIND promises there are no hidden fees, system access fees, or activation fees. They also offer use of the unlimited features anywhere on the WIND network.

WIND now offers coverage to TTC's entire downtown Toronto subway route

Voice and Data access in the rapid transit system, specially the underground subway system is a holy grail of sorts and one that brings mixed reactions from people.
