Wondercise uses arm and leg sensors to monitor your exercise form
The downside of working out at home is you aren't sure if your form is correct. Taiwanese fitness company Wondercise has a solution. Its Live Motion Matching system gets a new "multi-point matching system" that uses IMU sensor straps on your arms and legs to track your form while you exercise as accurately as possible.
These new straps will work with Wondercise's fitness band or other third-party wearables to connect to its on-demand fitness service, which includes the Apple Watch and Garmin devices. It connects to the app via Bluetooth so you can learn more about your exercise posture.
