Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite leaked user manual corroborates past design leaks

Samsung has yet to confirm that it will launch the “Lite” version of the Galaxy S10 but there have been tons of rumours about the device. The latest leak is the Portuguese user manual, which confirms the previous leaks about the handset. The rumoured device will also sport what looks like Samsung’s design language moving in 2020: a punch-hole display and the rectangular camera module on the back. We’ve seen this design implemented on the recently launched Samsung Galaxy A51 and A71.

The manual shows the Galaxy S10 Lite sporting an in-display fingerprint scanner, a power button and volume rocker on the right side, SIM and microSD slot on the left, and USB-C port at the bottom. The phone will also supposedly have MST and NFC to support Samsung Pay. What seems to be missing is a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Despite not acknowledging the device, Samsung is rumoured to be launching the Galaxy S10 Lite at CES 2020, which is happening in Las Vegas this coming week.

Previous rumours about the handset claim that it’ll run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, Android 10, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB storage. It’ll have a 4,500mAh battery, which supports 45-watt fast-charging.

The Galaxy S10 Lite has also been rumoured to get a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The triple camera setup at the back of the phone will supposedly include a 48-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and 5-megapixel macro camera. The selfie camera in front is said to have a 32-megapixel sensor.
