Google's bringing new wallpaper customization options to Android 14

Google spent a lot of time talking about their new wallpapers coming to Android 14 during their I/O event. Here are the three main updates you need to know:

Emoji wallpaper: Choose some emojis and a colour, and the operating system will make a mosaic of them. You can even tap the emojis to watch them wiggle. 

Cinematic wallpaper: Pick a photo, and AI will create a 3D effect by separating the foreground and the background.

Generative AI wallpaper (coming this fall): Choose "create a wallpaper with AI" and Google's text-to-image models will generate a unique lockscreen for you based on some prompts.
