Gillette unveils Avengers-inspired razors

In a savvy marketing move or a delayed April Fool's joke, Gillette pulled a stunt aimed at the fans of Marvel's The Avengers. Just ahead of the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron, Gillette said they partnered with Stark Industries (yes, Tony Stark's empire) to create four prototypes inspired by four characters from the franchise: Iron Man, The Hulk, Captain America, and Thor. The models are named Repulsor1, the XLGamma, and Thunder. It's kind of easy to tell which model belongs to which superhero. Marketing ploy it may be, it's an entertaining one. Now, imagine how many of these they'd sell if it actually went into production.

Google hopes to make our future spoiler free

There’s a new Google patent that hopes to stop you from murdering your “friend” who posted what’s about to happen in the new season of Game of Thrones before you get to see it. We’re not sure how Google will be able to work with social networks but we would sure love to have this on all our social network feeds. If someone tells me who else dies in Game of Thrones, they’re going to get a severe verbal lashing from me. Kidding (not kidding).
