Chocolate giant Hershey's, known for its iconic treats, is making waves in sustainability. Despite being a beloved household name, the company generated a substantial 24,000 metric tons of waste in 2023. Now, Hershey's is partnering with Samsung to transform this challenge into an opportunity.

Through a collaborative effort, Hershey's plastic packaging waste is given a new life. Samsung is incorporating recycled materials from Hershey's into its stylish Samsung Friends lineup of phone, watch, and earbud accessories. This innovative partnership not only reduces waste but also creates unique and eco-conscious products.

Samsung gifts latest Galaxy Z Flip6 phones to nearly 17K Paris Olympic athletes

As the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris commences, Samsung has announced it will be gifting nearly 17K Olympic athletes  a special edition of the recently launched Galaxy Z Flip6 phone to nearly 17K athletes representing their countries from across the globe. Samsung Galaxy Ring opens up! Works with most Android phones

Samsung switches to Google Messages as default on US Galaxy phones

Many Android phones rely on Google Messages by default, but Samsung has traditionally used its own app. This changes for US users with the Galaxy Z Flip6, Fold6, and newer models. Analyst Max Weinbach discovered a Samsung Members app announcement revealing that Google Messages will become the pre-installed texting app.
