Apple Watch Series 2 Hermès launches today

The Apple Watch Series 2 Hermès Edition wearables have started shipping today. There are 7 different Hermès models that each have Hermès watchfaces and feature handcrafted leather bands, including three with Single Tour bands, two with Double Tour bands, one with a Single Tour Deployment Buckle, and one with a Double Buckle Cuff. Prices start at CAD $1579.

Philips Hue White Ambiance has the right light for the right moment

We've been looking to renovate our master bathroom at home ideally to resemble the one at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto. Wishful thinking but realistically there are ways to recreate at parts of it without breaking the bank.

I had seen the Philips Hue product line several times at press and consumer events. It had stuck with me but originally I couldn't get past the party light mood in my mind as that's what was shown - flashing, colourful and fun. Recently the line extended to include a new Philips Hue White Ambiance light. Now that definitely was appealing since I'll do anything to try and make our house a blissful place to come home to -- hey, winter is coming and I need more of this vibe....

Apple gives rainbow-coloured Apple Watch bands to employees for Pride weekend

Apple CEO Tim Cook together with a number of its employees joined the annual Pride Parade in San Francisco in style. The Apple employees were given a limited edition, rainbow-coloured watch band to commemorate the event. A Reddit user posted a photo of the Apple Watch with the colorful band attached to it and a letter talking about the 30^th year Apple has been associated with Pride and how the band is “a symbol of our commitment to equality.” Cook, who we know has been open about his life as a gay man, shared a photo about Sunday’s parade and the large number of Apple employees who showed up to celebrate.

If you're wondering what to get mom for Mother's Day let me help you out. As a mom of two boys I can tell you that of course, we want time to be with you. Or at least a call..maybe some flowers would be nice. Not having to cook or clean for day is ideal. In my household, the boys are already asking for hints of what I want. While, I realize that the day seems to be so "material" because of all the ads, I also have realized that it's a day that my family loves to dote on me. My mother-in-law has always told me to accept when others truly want to do something for you and be gracious.
