Ladies Learning Code is now Canada Learning Code

Ladies Learning Code -- a national not-for-profit offering beginner-friendly tech education -- is proud to announce today that today it has officially rebranded to Canada Learning Code, a change that represents the organization's expanding scope and vision.

One year ago, the organization first announced the vision of Canada Learning Code and has spent the last year refining its vision, mission and theory of change while simultaneously developing a beautiful new 5,300 sq ft headquarters and community space in heart of Toronto.

National Girls Learning Code Day takes place May 13

Ladies Learning Code -- a national not-for-profit offering beginner-friendly tech education -- is proud to announce the fourth-annual National Girls Learning Code Day​ on May 13, when over 650 girls, ages 8-13, and their parent or guardian will attend workshops in over 29​ communities across Canada. This year’s event is presented with the support of Scotiabank.

On that day, hundreds of Canadian girls and their parents will come together to challenge themselves to learn a new skill: animation.
