Canon EOS 60D DSLR announced

Canon's 60D is an 18Megapixel DSLR that takes the best features of its predecessor, the EOS 50D plus the 18 Megapixel Digic 4 processor from the Rebel T2i and the video recording capabilities of the popular EOS 7D. One of the biggest updates to the prosumer camera is an articulating Vari-Angle 3'inch LCD screen.

Retailing for $1,199 (body only), $1,599 (with a  EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Zoom Lens) and $1,899 ( EF-S 15-85mm f3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens) from popular Canadian retailers; the EOS 60D is the ideal DSLR for serious enthusiasts and professionals looking into an HD video and stills combination.
