Rumoured specs of the HTC One (M9) surface

With the big tech shows (Consumer Electronics Show and Mobile World Congress) coming up in the next few months, we’re expecting the rumour mill to go a bit crazy. This time around a report from China claims they have the specifications for the next HTC flagship. The HTC One (M9) will reportedly have a 5.5-inch, 2,560 x 1,440 resolution display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS (possibly a hint that they’re saying goodbye to Ultrapixel camera), and a 3,500 mAh battery. Audio might be supplied by Bose since Beats is now owned by Apple. Of course there is no confirmation about this device at this time. We might have to wait until MWC 2015 which is happening between March 2 and 5 in Barcelona.

Here's another video showing what the HTC One M8 can do in terms of using the dual camera and editing feature. The second camera acts not just as an extra photo taking feature but as a sensor that measures depth and distance and as a result allows for various types of photo editing and post-processing features.
