LG G2 gets anticipated Android 4.4 KitKat OS upgrade

LG Electronics (LG) Canada announced today that the anticipated Android 4.4 KitKat OS upgrade for the G2 smartphone will roll out in Canada by the end of this month.

HTC One on Bell, Rogers and Telus receiving Android 4.4.2 update

HTC promised the KitKat Android 4.4.2 update by the end of January and they fulfilled their target. HTC One units on Bell, Rogers and Teluse should be receiving the updates. They will need to be done via WiFi (the files is over 500 MB) and it takes around 20 minutes to get the latest Android OS on one of the best Android handsets in the market. Way to go HTC!
