Nintendo announces three fun tournaments coming to Fan Expo Canada

This year's edition of Fan Expo Canada will have no shortage of fun! Nintendo has announced three exciting tournaments to this year's roster featuring three games on the Nintendo Switch system. The Nintendo booth on the show floor will include initaitonal tournaments for Splatoon 2 and Pokkén Tournament DX games. Plus attendees will have the chance to qualify in an ARMS tournament. Nintendo brings Splatoon 2 and Arms tournaments to E3 and here are all the details

Over the course of 2 days, pros and amateurs will compete for glory in the Splatoon 2 and ARMS games on the Nintendo Switch console at this year's E3 video game trade show in Los Angeles on June 13 and June 14. 

The 2017 Splatoon 2 World Inkling Invitational will be held on Tuesday, June 13 at approximately 2:30 pm (PT). For the first time ever, competitors from four different global regions will compete for world dominance in Splatoon 2. The four four-person teams – “Deadbeat” from the United States, “Dynameu” from Japan, “Rising Moon” from Europe and “Blue Ringed Octolings” from Australia/New Zealand – defeated their rivals in local tournaments that occurred in recent months.

UNIQLO launches collection of Nintendo UT Grand Prix winning designs 

If you're a fan of UNIQLO's UT line and an even bigger Nintendo fan take note! UNIQLO announced today that it will begin selling all 25 winning designs from its Nintendo themed UT Grand Prix 2017 design competition. 

This year's Nintendo themed contest attracted a record 16,000 entries from around the world. Participants were invited to create original T-shirt designs inspired by the gaming company's most iconic games and legendary characters such as Super Mario Bros, Donkey Kong, as well as Kirby, Splatoon, and of course, Pokemon.
