Tinder recently introduced a new feature on its platform to help users show their intentions for being on the dating app. Relationship Goals have rolled out in the US, but they'll be available globally by January 5. Tinder will let you bring a 'Plus One' you don't know to weddings

Tinder thinks you might be interested in bringing someone you don't know to the next wedding you're going to. The dating app gets a "Plus One" feature, where you can indicate you're looking for a date or are open to helping someone out with that. The experience is found inside the Explore tab.

Engadget noted that the feature responds to something its users are already looking for on the app. Since the start of 2021, the company says profile mentions of "plus one" have increased by 45 percent. But our question is would you want to take a stranger to a loved one's wedding?

We know one of the most valuable things Tinder can do to make members feel safe is to give them more confidence that their matches are authentic and more control over who they interact with," Tinder's Head of Trust and Safety Product Rory Kozoll shared in a press release.
