Apple releases WWDC 2013 companion app

Apple has released a companion app for WWDC 2013. Designed primarily for attendees as well as interested parties who can't make it to this year's developer pow-wow in San Franciso next week, the app makes it possible to schedule the various events and demos throughout this year's WWDC. As an added bonus videos of the sessions will be viewable through the app as soon as they are posted, so developers get virtual access to the events later on. Check out the app here.

RIM outlines vision for BlackBerry 10 at developer event

Research In Motion kicked off BlackBerry Jam Americas 2012 in San Jose, California. Addressing 1500 developers and community leaders, CEO Thorsten Heins previewed additional elements of the BlackBerry 10 user experience, and provided an overview of how RIM is delivering on the company’s vision for BlackBerry 10.

Orlando, FL - There's a buzz here at the Marriott Orlando World Center in anticipation of this week's BlackBerry World which is the largest annual gathering for the BlackBerry ecosystem, and the place where the community behind BlackBerry devices, services and solutions gather to learn, share and network. 

This one's a big deal. As Research In Motion prepares to unveil much anticipated new smartphone hardware later this year running on an entirely revamped BlackBerry 10 operating system, many believe can make or break RIM's future prospects for success in the smartphone market it created. Registration now open for BlackBerry World 2012

BlackBerry World is the largest yearly event for the BlackBerry ecosystem and a good launching venue for new products and technologies. Taking place this year from May 1 to May 3 in Orlando, Florida, the event is the best place for developers to learn about the BlackBerry 10 OS and upcoming mobile devices.
