New teaser for ‘Iron Fist’ shows its characters iconic costume

Netflix has just released another new teaser for the upcoming second season of Marvel’s Iron Fist. And this time, we get to see a glimpse of Danny Rand’s past—including a look at the classic costume his character is known for. Finn Jones, the actor behind Rand, has said before that we didn’t get to see his character in the costume he’s known for because his character was still trying to find his footing as the character.

This time though, we get a glimpse of it as Rand walks down a New York street with Colleen Wing (played by Jessica Henwick) and has a flashback of his time at K’un-L’un, showing a rather brutal fight. When Wing asks him if he’s okay, he says he was just thinking about a bad memory, which she then replied saying it was all in the past. And he goes, “I hope so,” which possibly suggests Rand’s past coming back to haunt him in this second season. Netflix will start streaming Iron Fist on September 7^th.

Here’s a better look at ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’

Aside from the great panels, one of the big things we look forward to when San Diego Comic-Con comes around is the new trailers. One of the big ones shown at this year’s Comic-Con is the latest trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. The three-minute trailer shows Magizoologist Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne) working with a young Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) to try and put a stop to Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) as he wants to lead pure-blood wizards to rule over all non-magical beings.

Other cast members you can expect in this sequel include Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, and Zoe Kravitz as Leta Lestrange. David Yates is back in the director’s chair for this second Fantastic Beasts film and J.K. Rowling herself penned this movie’s screenplay as well. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald comes to theatres starting November 16^th.

New ‘Stranger Things’ trailer teases possible key location

A new Stranger Things season 3 trailer shows us what could be a key plot location for the new season. The 1:26 minute clip introduces us to Hawkins, Indiana’s newly opened Starcourt Mall. With it being described as opening in 1985, this seems to set the new season a year after season two. We can’t exactly glean how important this location will be but Steve (played by Joe Keery) and Robin (Maya Hawke) are seen working at Starcourt Mall’s Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream shop. Netflix hasn’t revealed a release date yet for the new season but the trailer does hint at “summer next year.”

New ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ TV spot reminds us Scott Lang is an Avenger now

While we’re certain we won’t hear anything about the fate of the Avengers in Infinity War (this movie is set before all hell broke loose after all), it doesn’t mean we won’t be reminded that one of the main stars of this film is an Avenger now. At least that’s what Scott Lang a.k.a. Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) wants everyone around him to remember. This new Powers TV spot highlights more of the banter between Lang and his arguably more capable partner Hope van Dyne a.k.a. Wasp (Evangeline Lilly). We also get to see a bit of the film’s antagonist, Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen) wreak a bit more havoc. Ant-Man and the Wasp is set for a release in the first week of July.
