Evernote for Mac offers Presentation Mode for premium users

Evernote has released an update for its Mac app to include what could eliminate your need to use Keynote or PowerPoint. They have added an all-new Presentation Mode that allows you to share notes with others through slides of sorts that can be viewed in full-screen and like PowerPoint can be navigated with the use of the spacebar. It even turns your trackpad or mouse into a laser pointer as it is displayed as a glowing blue light. The catch is that you will need to be a Premium Evernote user to gain access to this. You can avail of the 30-day free trial to check the new feature out. No word yet if it’s going to be available on their other platforms.
