After over a decade on iOS, Apple Maps is finally spreading its wings and taking flight on the web. Announced in a recent press release, you can now access Apple Maps in beta form directly from your web browser. Head to beta.maps.apple.com on your Mac or PC using Safari, Chrome, or Edge to explore the new features.

Whether you're a seasoned Apple Maps user or just starting, the web experience feels instantly familiar. Search for addresses, get turn-by-turn directions for driving or walking, and discover details about businesses like phone numbers, operating hours, and even payment options—all directly in your browser.

Apple isn't stopping there. The immersive Look Around feature (Apple's answer to Google Street View) and other mobile functionalities are on the horizon for the web version in the coming months. Additionally, Apple is expanding accessibility by bringing Maps to more regions and supporting a broader range of browsers and platforms.
