We've been following the developments of the iPhone OS 4, now renamed iOS4, since the early betas were released for developer testing. This new iteration of the iPhone operating system is said to bring 100 new features, the biggest of which is multitasking or the ability to run third party applications in the background efficiently. We loaded iOS4's GM (Golden Master) and tested it, here are some of the things that we found.

Where to watch CBC's stream of the FIFA World Cup online


In a monumental and unprecedented move, the CBC will make sure that everyone who wants to watch the 2010 FIFA World Cup starting tomorrow will be able to catch the games on TV and streaming live online.

Google Navigation now working on Canadian Android phones

Google has finally allowed their navigation function to work in Canada and 10 more countries. This makes your Android device (OS version 1.6 and higher only) a lot cooler and way more useful. After downloading some language packs, we briefly tested the Google Navigation on our Android 2.1 powered Motorola Milestone and it worked just as well and in some cases even better than our  standalone GPS.
