New Gefen ToolBox splitters for 4K TVs

With the arrival of 4K displays, Gefen introduces three new Ultra HD splitters that can send 4K video resolutions to multiple 4K displays simultaneously. These Gefen ToolBox Ultra HD splitters for HDMI 4k/2k provide one input to two outputs (1:2), one input to four outputs (1:4), and one input to eight outputs (1:8) distribution system.

The splitters come in wall-mountable enclosure in black or white finish; they make use of Gefen’s Fast Switching Technology; and they connect using standard high-speed HDMI cabling.

ASUS betting on 4K technology for desktop monitors with 31.5-inch PQ321 display

While the highly touted 4K video standard has been the biggest feature to come to home theatre and HDTVs since 3D and BluRay, ASUS has gone a step further in pushing for he standard in desktop monitors.
