I just got the chance at an exclusive peek at two of the more innovative Windows 8 Ultrabooks coming from Lenovo Canada. The ThinkPad Twist offers the robust build and design of ThinkPads but with the ability to convert the Ultrabook into a 13-inch Windows 8 tablet.
The IdeaPad Yoga is geared towards consumers and can flip the screen 180 degrees to turn it into a tablet or to create a makeshift stand. Both Ultrabooks come with sealed in batteries, a variety of Ivy Bridge Core i5 or i7 processors as well as Gorilla Glass covered multi-touch displays. Pricing and availability has not yet been announced.Expect these in the market shortly after the official Windows 8 launch on October 26.
