Batman: Arkham Knight is out today

Batman: Arkham Knight, the last installment of the Batman Arkham series of games is available today in stores and as a digital download for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. We downloaded the PS4 version last night, the 48 GB file took around three hours to download.

Microsoft steps up games with greatest lineup in Xbox history

I'm a firm believer that, when it comes to gaming consoles, it is best to wait a year before diving in. This is the time that better games which can take full advantage of the hardware, come to market. It is also the time that pricing on the new consoles stabilizes a bit and there are more options for buyers. Proving this point, Microsoft is releasing the greatest games lineup in XBox history.

What's coming to XBox One? Well, there's Halo 5: Guradians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Forza Motorsport 6, Gears of War Ultimate Edition and some impressive exclusive games like ReCore and Sea of Thieves to name just a few. Check out the whole list here.

XBox One to offer native backwards compatibility with Xbox 360 titles

Like fine wine, gaming great gaming consoles get better with age. Microsoft has listened to XBox one gamers and finally figured out how to add backward compatibility to the XBox One. This means that Xbox One will be the only console to support backward compatibility natively, for free, and all with next-gen features like screenshot, broadcasting and Game DVR.

Star Wars digital movie collection coming to Xbox Video on April 10

For the first time ever, all six epic films in the Saga, plus all new never-before-seen bonus material, will be available as a complete collection or individually digitally on April 10th

Disney announced the availability of the Star Wars Digital Movie Collection – all six epic Star Wars films for the first time on Digital HD and Xbox is a digital distribution launch partner. Microsoft is offering exclusives for customers who purchase the Star Wars Digital Movie Collection on Xbox Video, the digital service for new movies and next-day air from Microsoft.
