Rogers Trade-Up program takes in old devices for credit on new gadgets

On the market for a new phone and don't feel safe using the internet as a tool to unload your previously loved gem? No worries! Rogers has officially launched their in-store or mobile-only program for reselling or "Trading-Up" your old phone. Simply click this link from your device, the tool will automatically detect what you're using, and subsequently offer a quote based on Rogers' perceived value of it. For a more personal approach, you can always go into a Rogers store and have them check for you. Easy-peasy. Once you've received your Trade-up quotes, it becomes valid for up to 30-days.

Interview: @CellGuru's mother talks about using her very first Dyson D43 "Animal"!

By Corey Herscu

We at Canadian Reviewer are no stranger to the Dyson brand. Yahoo! Weather app launches for Android

Yahoo! has another reason to get us excited with their stunning new weather application. Originally launched on iOS, the app takes city-specific images from Flickr and displays them along with corresponding current weather conditions. The result is a well layed-out, easy-to-use user interface.

Today this lovely app, exactly as it was made for iOS, has launched on Android as a free download. Get it here via Google Play.

HTC's new commercial with Robert Downey Jr. leaks online, and it's awesome

When news broke that HTC had signed RDJ on as their new spokesperson, I was elated. The man is a genius and one of the best character actors of our time. And with the official unveiling of their new joint campaign tomorrow, a leaked version of the first commercial found its way online and is absolutely hilarious. HTC "execs" and RDJ talk about a new direction and meaning of the HTC brand, boldly stating "It's anything you want it to be". They go on to talk about all the meanings that could work for the acronym, with a strong focus on "Heres to Change".

The quality isn't the greatest, but you can still watch it below:
