Review: Motorola Atrix HD

The Atrix line for Motorola has remained as its flagship smartphone offering for close to three years now. It was the first model to feature dual-core processors and was said to be powerful enough to power the LapDock and HDMI desktop base station. The Atrix HD is available from Bell for $49.95 on a three year contract and $600 is the no contract price.

Review: Motorola RAZR V

Motorola Mobility seems keen on refining the RAZR line of Android smartphones. Their latest model, the Motorola RAZR V, carries over a lot of the features and design strengths of the original flagship RAZR Android smartphone released last year, but scales down some features and pricing to appeal to more general users.

Sony Xperia S coming to Canada exclusively to Sony Stores 

Xperia S which debuted in CES this year is the first smartphone from the new Xperia NXT series –  or next generation smartphones from Sony which are essentially post Sony Ericsson deivices. The Xperia S finally comes to Canada.  A limited number of Xperia S smartphones will be available exclusively at Sony Stores across Canada, beginning April 17th. Canadians can purchase their Xperia S, which is compatible with the Rogers wireless network, directly at the Sony Store.

HTC Sensation comes to Virgin Mobile

Virgin Mobile is offering the flagship HTC Sensation Android smartphone for $149.99 (3-year-plan) and $549.99 outright. With a 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor, a 4.3-inch qHD screen and an 8 megapixel camera with video recording as well as HTC Sense running on Android 2.3, this is one of the major smartphone releases of 2011 and a definite contender in the most powerful handset race.
